Metin Yazir , born in Istanbul, Turkey, started to dance and teach Tango in Munich, Germany, in 1993. He was mainly influenced by Roberto y Vanina and Gustavo Naveira. After teaching and performing in New York in the late 90's he returned to Istanbul where he now is called "the King of Tango". Metin, the “magician”, dances with particular sensitivity and musicality – he makes even beginners look elegant and beautiful.
